You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Fitbit. To request a return authorisation, please follow the instructions here. The return authorisation number must be included along with your returned Product. To obtain warranty service, you must have a return authorisation. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, plus the time period starting from when you submitted your authorisation request and lasting for as long as you are without a Fitbit Product due to it being repaired or replaced, or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
